[ITC-LMS] What is "temporary enrollment registration" on the ITC-LMS?

Temporary enrollment registration means that the student has not enrolled for the course using the online system for academic affairs, but have only registered as a course participant using the ITC-LMS.
- Full registration
- enrolled or listed the courses on their Favorities list through the online system for academic affairs (UTAS)
- Temporary Enrollment Registration
- registered only through the ITC-LMS such as self-registration (neither enrolled nor listed the courses on their Favorities list through the UTAS) .
Or unregistered the courses after registering or listing on their Favorities list using the UTAS.
- A temporary enrollment registration icon (a human shaped with TEMP) will be displayed on the course schedule for courses with status of "temporary enrollment registration".
- Once the registration period for the course with "temporary enrollment registration" closes, the course in question will be no longer displayed on the course schedule, and you will not be able to refer the course information. (It may be displayed subject to the setting by the course administrator).
- Please make sure to register for the course you would like to enroll using the online system for academic affairs. (After you register for course listed as temporary enrollment registration using the online system for academic affairs, the temporary enrollment registration icon will disappear from the course schedule after a few days).
- When you unregister “full registration” courses through the UTAS, the relevant courses will be changed to “temporary enrollment” on or after the following day (a temporary enrollment registration icon will be displayed).
