ECCS Cloud Email

The ECCS Cloud Email is a Cloud Email service for all academic and administrative staff and students with a UTokyo Account.

• ECCS Cloud Email became available from February 20, 2020 for academic and administrative staff who have a UTokyo Account. There is no need to apply for the use of ECCS.
• Please refer to the notification Expanding the range of staff who will be able to use ECCS Cloud Emails for more details

The mailing service uses G Suite for Education. Some services other than Gmail also became available. Please refer to Getting started with ECCS Cloud Email -Simple instructions for the use of ECCS Cloud Email for available services.

ECCS Staff Email

Issuing new ECCS Staff Email ended on Feburuay 12, 2020. Please use the ECCS Cloud Email as an email service provided by ECCS.

• Current users of the ECCS Staff Email are able to continue using their ECCS Staff Email address.
• Domain name (the part of the email address after @) is mail.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp, and the local part (the part of the email address before @) is the username that you set when applying for a new account.
  

(Added on July 16, 2020) The ECCS Staff Email made a transition to the ECCS Cloud Email on July 13, 2020.
(Added on December 10, 2020) Old descriptions were deleted.
