Additionally, the WebDAV environment provides the following functions to exchange files with others.

1. Web Publishing

When you publish a folder or file on the web, a randomly generated web address will be assigned to the folder or file. You can download the web-published folder or file by accessing the web address, regardless of whether you have an ECCS account or not. It is also possible to set up a password or the publication period when setting up the web publishing.

2.Receiving Folder

When you publish a folder on the web for receiving, a randomly generated web address will be assigned to the folder. You can upload files to the folder by accessing the web address, regardless of whether you have a ECCS account or not. It is also possible to set up a password or the publication period at the time of setting up the receiving folder.

3. Web Publishing / Email Authentication for Receiving Folder

If you register a list of email address of persons who are authorized to use the web published folders when setting up the web publishing and receiving folder, one-time password will be sent to those email addresses. You can restrict the use of web publishing and receiving folder to the persons who are able to receive the email by asking them to enter the password when using the system.
