Summer Closure Schedule of the Information Technology Center on the Hongo Campus and the information Education Building on Komaba Campus

News

The terminal rooms in the Information Technology Center (ITC) on Hongo and the Information Education Building on komaba Campus will be closed during the following periods.

Hongo: August 11 (Fri) ~ August 20 (Sun)

Komaba: August 11 (Fri) ~ August 18 (Fri)

Please note that Help Desk services (email, by phone, etc.) will not be available between August 11 (Fri) and August 15 (Tue) due to summer closure of ITC. These services will resume on August 16 (Wed).

Notes

• The Service Counter on the 1st basement level at Fukutake Hall will also be closed during the same period as ITC on Hongo Campus. However, the practice room on the 1st basement level is open and terminals will be available.
• Please be advised that the General Library on Hogo Campus will be closed on August 3 (Thu), 14 (Mon), 15 (Tue), 24 (Thu) and the Komaba Library will be closed on August 9 (Wed), 14 (Mon), 15 (Tue).
• Opening and closing schedule for other terminal rooms will vary depending on the schedule of each building.
• You can access the ECCS services via networks or from other terminal rooms (when open) as the system will be operating as usual over the summer closure period.
