New maintenance will be scheduled as follows.

Date and Time

Monday, November 20, 2017 from 18:00 - 18:30

Solutions

Change the load balancer settings to assign distributions based on the connection source node, so that the connection for any specific session will be assigned to the same server for the entirety of the session, thus solving the problem.

Notes

Other services should not be affected during the maintenance.

The following maintenance was postponed due to the technical reasons.
The WebDAV Environment still works the same condition as before the maintenance.

The next maintenance has not been confirmed yet. Further details will be provided as soon as it is confirmed.

We apologize that it takes time to fix the issues, and thank you for your understanding. (updated November 8, 2017 at 9:18)

The ECCS WebDAV environment will be temporarily down for maintenance to fix the issues with the settings.

The WebDAV service will be temporarily unavailable as follows.

Date and Time

Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 18:00 - 18:30

Overview of the issue

Sessions are being disconnected and operations are being interrupted by timeouts when trying to connect to and use the WebDAV (for both Mac and Windows. See WebDAV) for further details).

Cause of the issue

There is an issue with the load balancer distribution settings, which assign connections between the two WebDAV servers. Sessions are being interrupted when they are accidentally split between the two different servers and the connection cannot be maintained.

Solutions

Change the load balancer settings to assign distributions based on cookies, so that the connection for any specific session will be assigned to the same server for the entirety of the session, thus solving the problem.

Notes

Other services should not be affected during the maintenance.

We apologize to all users for any inconvenience caused by the maintenance.
