Backing up ECCS Cloud Email data before your graduation, etc.

You should back up your email and Google Drive data by yourself in advance as you may lose your ECCS account following graduation, etc.
Please note that data cannot be restored once your account is lost and the backup has not been completed.
Please refer to the following instruction to back up your data.

The following data can be copied.
Notes
- You must have another Google account (such as a GMail account, a G Suite account being used by other universities or companies, etc.) other than the ECCS Could Email beforehand in order to use the copy and transfer function.
- You must have sufficient data capacity to be able to copy and transfer all of your data.
- The ECCS Could Email can store a large amount of data because there is no limitation of data capacity. In case there is not enough space in the account where you wish to copy your contents, please use the procedure for downloading data.
