[ITC-LMS] Notices when managing class attendance using ITC-LMS (for Academic Staff)

Please note the following points when managing student attendance using ITC-LMS
- Please go to “Course Top” screen of the relevant course, and click on the menu icon (three-line
mark) > "Course Content" > register the course from “Manage attendance”. Please refer to “Attendance management” in the User Manual for Faculty Members on how to register.
- If you set “Student self-registration” to [Accepted] at the time of course registration, the [submit attendance] button will be displayed on the right top corner of the student’s screen when the time specified through “Available date and time for submission” comes. (Please refer to “Attendance”in the User Manual for Students)
- If you set “Student self-registration” to [Not Accepted] at the time of course registration, instructors need to manage the student class attendance.
- To manage student attendance for your course, you are required to register enrolled students in advance.
- When you register student attendance using the function “Batch Attendance Data Registration”, only enrolled students’ attendance data will be registered, and the data for those who are not enrolled will not be processed. (those who are not enrolled will not be automatically registered as enrolled students)
