If you have forgotten your password for the 【ECCS Cloud Email】, please reset it referring to the following instructions.

Instructions：
Log into UTokyo Account User Menu with your UTokyo Account (the 10-digit number and related password).
Select “ECCS Cloud Email (password)” in the menu on the left side of the screen and set a new password for the 【ECCS Cloud Email】.

If you have forgotten your password for the UTokyo Account, please refer to If you have forgotten your password .
You need to set a password for 【ECCS Cloud Email】which is different from your UTokyo Account password.
You can reset the password even if you have forgotten your current password.
It takes up to about 1 hour for the new password to be reflected on the system.
