Closing Schedule over the 2020 year-end & New Year Holidays

The Information Technology Center (ITC) and Fukutake Hall on Hongo, and the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Closing Schedule for the Center and the Buildings

• ITC: Open only when there is a class
• Fukutake Hall: December 26 (Sat), 2020 ~ January 4 (Mon), 2021
• The Information Education Building on Komaba Campus: December 26 (Sat), 2020 ~ January 3 (Sun), 2021

Closing Schedule for the Help Desks and the Service Counter

• ITC: Open only when there is a class
• Fukutake Hall (on the 1st Basement Level): December 26 (Sat), 2020 ~ January 4 (Mon), 2021
• The Information Education Building on Komaba Campus: December 26 (Sat), 2020 ~ January 3 (Sun), 2021

Notes

• Please note that Help Desk services (by email and phone, etc.) will not be available also during the period of closing.
• ECCS services may still be accessed through networks as the system will be operating as usual over the closure period.
• ECCS terminals installed at other locations on campus will be available if those rooms are open.
• You can also check the opening and closing schedule except for the above period for the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus through the website.

• Also, please be aware of the opening and closing schedule for each of the libraries. (General Library|Komaba Library|Kashiwa Library)
