[Restored][ITC-LMS] Unable to access ITC-LMS due to network failure

The issue has been resolved and ITC-LNS is now available for access. We apologize to all users for any inconvenience that this may have caused.


We have been unable to access ITC-LMS since around 0:30 am on December 14, 2021 due to the on-campus network failure.
