Partial Service Suspention due to ECCS Server Maintenance (August 16 & August 18, 2023)

ECCS server maintenance will be performed as follows.
Some services will be unavailable during the maintenance.
We apologize to all users for any inconvenience and also thank you for your understanding.

Date& Time, and Affected Service

• Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 9:00 to 17:00
  • WevDAV environment service will be unavailable
• Friday, August 18, 2023 from 10:00 to 17:00
  • IPP printing and Web upload printing services will be unavailable
    • Printing via ECCS terminal and using a USB memory device will be available
  • Remote access environment will be unavailable
  • License server will be unavailable
    • Some applications installed on the ECCS terminal that require licensing may not be started.

Notes

Other services (such as ECCS terminals, ITC-LMS, and ECCS Cloud Email) except the above-mentioned will be excluded from the suspension.
