Closing Schedule over the 2023 year-end & New Year Holidays

The Information Technology Center and Fukutake Hall on Hongo, and the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows.

Closing Schedule for the Center and the Buildings

• The Information Technology Center: December 28 (Thu), 2023 ~ January 3 (Wed), 2024
• Fukutake Hall: December 28 (Thu), 2023 ~ January 3 (Wed), 2024
• The Information Education Building on Komaba Campus: December 28 (Thu), 2023 ~ January 3 (Wed), 2024

Notes

• Please note that Help Desk services (by email and phone, etc.) will be unavailable also during the period of closing (the response will be given after the above period)
• ECCS services will be operating as usual over the closure period.
• ECCS terminals installed at other locations on campus will be available if those rooms are open.
• You can also check the opening and closing schedule except for the above period for the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus through the website
• Also, please be aware of the opening and closing schedule for each of the libraries. (General Library|Komaba Library|Kashiwa Library)
