Partial Service Suspension due to ECCS Server Maintenance (March 22, 2024)

ECCS server maintenance will be performed as follows. Some services will be unavailable during the maintenance.
We apologize to all users for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Date& Time, and Affected Service

• Friday, March 22, 2024, from 10:00 to 17:00
  • IPP printing and Web upload printing services will be unavailable.
    • Printing via ECCS terminals and using a USB memory device will be available.
  • Remote access environment will be unavailable.
  • License server will be unavailable.
    • Some applications installed on the ECCS terminal that require licensing may not be started.

Notes

Other services (such as ECCS terminals, UTOL, and ECCS Cloud Email) will be excluded from the suspension except for those mentioned above.
